The selection tools documented in this chapter are used
to select entities for later modification. For example if you want to move
some entities, you need to select them before you can do so. The selection
tells QCad which entities you intend to move.
Selected entities are highlighted in the graphic view with red color
and a unique tight dotted line pattern.
