[solved] Removing line segment between two intersections

Post by Eugor » Mon Apr 08, 2019 1:48 am

Windows 10 x64
QCAD 3.22.0
Brain stuck-infinite loop (autocad trim/extend function)

1.) How do I remove line segments between two intersections ?

I know in autocad it would be trim, and then I would select the entities I would cut from, enter, then select the discard section to remove it.
I just could not bring myself to using freehand draw to create a break spot. I tried, but it was quite ugly. So I am trying to create it as I have done before by creating a break line, parallel copy, trim remove the between segment

Launch Modify / "Break out segment" and click on the line which needs to be removed.
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.
