Missing toolbar icons

Hi all.

Bug report from Fedora user:
Not all icons are visible, they are clickable and if clicked, a grey square appears. Hoovering over wher the icon should be gives a text icon hint.
Steps to Reproduce:
1 - start to draw
2 - try to export to pdf or print preview etc....
Fedora 31 and QCAD-3.24.2.*

as per analysis in the fedora bugzilla - i can pinpoint that this LIKELY popped up between 3.21 and 3.22 in fedora

It was a packaging bug. :oops:
