[FeatureRequest] Font style for layers

Post by massimo » Sun Dec 17, 2017 5:57 pm

Hi,

is it possible to add the font style to the layer? Actually having another attribute of every layer defining the font style would be very helpful to have a specific font size, style and font type for a layer. Is there any other way to apply consistent font styles to object, if not modifying the style itself?

No, not to my knowledge.

There is one thing what I can think of - but unfortunately only in Pro.
The Pro offers the ability to search, find and select text which belongs only to one layer. Then you would be able to uniform the text with help of the Property Editor.
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

That pro feature doesn't have any benefit as I already have specific layer for fonts only, so can select all the fonts of that layer for consistent formatting.
