I just purchased an ArcDroid plasma machine and wonder if anyone has experience using it with Qcam. How would I go about getting a postprocessor for it?
I'm using Windows 10 with the latest version of Qcad.

Re: Using QCAM with ArcDroid
Hi, and welcome to the QCAD forum.
- Use an existent postprocessor, you could search in the forum on "plasma" or on the controller type.
- Write a new one based on some existed postprocessor with some specific tweaks.
- Order a custom postprocessor written by Andrew but this may be a paid services.
You can ask any question about postprocessors and tweaking them here in this forum.
I assume there are not much plasma postprocessor yet but there are several laser based.
The coding is extremely malleable and can suit about any needs.
Height compensation can be a hurdle.

There are several ways, all depends on the type of CNC controller.

From the ArcDroid site:
The ArcDroid™ uses a standard set of G-Code commonly used with the Marlin control firmware.
