hi all!
i love qcad cause qcad resolved my fear about cad software like autocad,etc..!
really appreciate qcad team!
recently i bought the cnc machine the nomad 3 from carbide3d
so i upgrade qcad to qcad/cam for my first cnc machine
qcam was easy to use as qcad and intuitive interface for 3d simulation so i don't need use the other software like
meshcam or freecad,fusion360..
i just want to done everyworks in qcad/cam but i can't export recognizable gcode for my machine.
postprocessor was g-code(offset)mm and GRBL(offset)mm .
i hope qcam support listing post process for carbide3d. i think carbide3d user should have to know qcad/cam!
some of partner cam software like meshcam for carbide3d but i don't want to use other cam.
i attatched my test dxf and nc file from qcad and gcode nc file from carbide3d supported program
and the file "Cabide3D-MM" is script/postprocess in meshcam folder the suppoted carbide3d
please check these files
thank you
this is my first post for cnc

Re: this is my first post for cnc
Thank you for your kind feedback and your information about the controller you are using.
I've attached a post processor based on the one you've posted. However, there is some inconsistency between the post processor you posted and the example file, so this should be considered to be a starting point for a post processor for Carbide 3D.
Please save the attached file into the postprocessors directory of your QCAD/CAM installation and choose the configuration "Carbide 3D [mm]" when adding tools / toolpaths.

Re: this is my first post for cnc
Thanks for letting us know. We'd need more information (such as warnings, errors, etc.) for us to fix the post processor.
Please understand that without any further information, we will drop that post processor from future QCAD/CAM releases.
