Hello. I'm a retired engineer who has written several books (
www.lawrencedworsky.com). I am currently contemplating a new book which will require numerous drawings of mechanical structures such as clock escapements. I think Qcad will be my working CAD software; I am just learning it and am very pleased. Can anybody point me to some beginner's tutorials and/or examples of creating drawings from scripts?
Thanks,
Larry

At the bottom of this page (below Developers) you will find a few links regarding scripting ...
https://qcad.org/en/documentation/tutorials
... and if you are new to the whole CAD topic I recommend to read the QCAD Book written by Andrew Mustun
