Hi Brian,
Quite a project indeed, last night I went through the whole story on your site. I do machining myself so I can imagine the forethought that you have to put in before cutting chips!
How do you handle the hardening of of gear teeth? Did you also make the pistons,the shape on this type of part is not feasible on a standard lathe.
