downloaded qcad-3.25-2-pro-win64-installer.msi from link supplied in email.

Using Win10 Pro - 64bit
Trying to install paid version of QCad 3.25.2

after first failure, I removed trial version of QCad from computer

ran qcad-3.25.2-pro-win64-installer.msi again

Installs a version of QCad that still contains the note" This is a trial version". That is correct, it is not the Pro version.

How do I access the software for the correct (Paid, Pro) installation file?

Please note: The trial hint is only in a trial version. That means you have still somewhere a trial installed and maybe the windows shortcut is linked to that version.
Please check with the Windows Explorer the folder "C:\Program Files".
Is there a QCAD folder named "qcad-3.25.2-trial-win64"? If yes - delete the folder.
Is there a QCAD folder named "qcad-3.25.2-pro-win64"? If yes - link your windows shortcut to the qcad.exe

Alternative: If you have trouble to run the installation msi then you can simply download the .zip archive. This can then be extracted and run from anywhere on any disk. You can find the archive (zip) on your download page too.

Accessing your Downloads

An e-mail was sent to you directly after purchase with a link to your download area where you can download the full version of the software and the e-book if applicable. The link is valid until one year after purchase. The e-mail also states until when the link stays valid.
No key or activation of any kind is required. This link can also be used to download the software / e-book again and to download updates until one year after your purchase.

Do not download the free QCAD packages from our public web site as these are trial versions that cannot be turned into full versions.

qcad-3.25.2-pro-win64-installer.msi will install the full version.

Running the Full Version of QCAD Professional

Please make sure that after downloading the full version, you also install the full version (not a previously downloaded trial version that still happens to be in your download folder). Please make sure that after installing the full version, you also run the full version (not a previously downloaded and installed trial version). If in doubt, uninstall all versions of QCAD and install the full version from scratch.
