vport is "on" but still do not show contents

vport is "on" but still do not show contents

Hi, I did open a file with viewports, they are still on, but do not how anything.
Since I did exchange this same file with an Autocad user, I had the idea to check the "view center".
It seem that during the conversion something was messed up (see screeshot).
the two files show to differnet valus, although I'm sure nobody changed them, but it was something happende during the conversion.
Anny hint how to fix that problem : the program changes orign point of "view center" in viewport by simply importing. ..
