When importing the attched file (stored in the version format 2016 and 2018), quite a lot of lines are misaligned. However, the concerned file (and many others) does not use any fancy Autocad features. It is basically lines, circles and text.
1) All the lines shall be are rectangular, but they are not.
2) Some lines do not end where they are supposed to end: they are too long.
The attached original DWG file was created by Autocad 2016 (or 2015). It was open in Autocad 2018 and stored in the 2018 DWG (and DXF) format to check if a different version may solve the following issue (which it does NOT). I also double checked if the DXF format does change anything here, but it does NOT. So I focus my issue on the DWG format for now.

Re: Imported DWG (or DXF) file shows misaligned lines
This issue occurs in version 3.27.6.0 (3.27.6), both in Windows and Linux.
Re: Imported DWG (or DXF) file shows misaligned lines
Those lines contain 3D Z axis coordinates - QCAD is a 2D program. You can flatten the drawings to 2D below Menu / Misc / Modify but it will not fix any misaligned lines.
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

OK. I will try to FLATTEN the original Autocad file and see if this solves my issue:

This will, however, take a couple days until I can reply again. Please do not close this ticket yet.
