Lines differ on screen and prints

Post by Patrick » Mon Nov 30, 2020 6:15 pm

Windows 10, Q-Cad 3.24.3
Some types of lines do not print as they appear on the screen. For example, dashed lines which are ok on the screen appear with very long continuous lengths and big gaps. Zig-zags and batting become continuous. Pressing "screen-based line types" doesn't make any difference to the print-out, but changes the appearance on screen.

Hi Patrick,
Welcome to the forum.
The linetype is set at 100, try 1 and then play with the line pattern. I tested regular dashed and it looked fine both on screen and print preview. Also avoid default for line thickness, they won't come out on printing, especially on large scale drawings, I set the mini to about 0.2 mm
