I have been using QCAD since December, and it has been working fine. I am using Version 3.23.0. About a week ago I noticed that if a draw a line a specific length and then dimension it, the dimension is 4 times the actual length. I looked through drawing preferences and played with a number of settings, but the problem persisted. I then uninstalled QCAD and re-installed it hoping the problem would go away, but it has not. I loaded it on my old computer, and it works fine. It is running an older version of Windows. The version on my new computer is Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.657). I suspect a recent update of Windows has caused the problem. Will there be a fix for this anytime soon, and will it require purchasing QCAD a second time? I assume Microsoft will not change whatever caused the problem.
Thanks

Re: New Problem with Linear Dimensioning
When you launch a dim tool an option bar will popup. Please check the scale factor - usually it should be 1.
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

Re: New Problem with Linear Dimensioning
May I suggest that this post be moved to, "QCAD Troubleshooting and Problems"?
Would make keeping up with current problems a lot easier.
