Hi,
I have a problem with dwg file display on QCAD. I use version 3.24.2.0 (3.24.2) on windows 10.
Below in atachement screen from 3D-Tool viewer and QCAD. The problem was pointed in red circles.

You can adjust the dimension label size under:
Edit > Drawing > Preferences > Dimension > Dimension Settings

The problem is that I use dwg2pdf command line converter from dwg file to pdf.
How can I set dimension settings for all converted files in batch (command) mode?

Have a look at the -set switch of the dwg2dwg command line tool:
