Where to find the line trimming tool.
For example, two lines intersect and I want to trim part of the line to the point of intersection.

See menu Modify:
Trim (RM)
Trim Both (TM)
You could key in 'RM' or 'TM', these are called schorcuts.

Depending on the given situation "Break out Manual" (B2) and "Auto Trim" (AX) would be an option too.
This can be done with the "Break out Segment" (D2) tool:

Thank You very much for the hints.
Unfortunately, there is no way I can truncate the line with the proposed method.
I cannot cut two lines with marked dimensions: 18.25 and 29.79

Please elaborate why not. I've no problems to modify those lines with "Trim", "Break out Segment" or "Auto Trim" ...
