No.
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

Date Time & Filename stamps in QCAD.
Clive has entered a feature request back in sept. 2012:
https://www.ribbonsoft.com/bugtracker/i ... ask_id=687
Relevant topic:
https://www.qcad.org/rsforum/viewtopic.php?p=6967

It would be not that hard with a script but the question is what and where.
A simple text field that is created/updated with a button would be easy.
An attribute should be possible.
'On save' would require the use of a transaction listener excluding 'Autosave'.

I am not fond with the kind that is automatically updated on opening e.g. the MS Word/Excel date and time field.

CVH
