Hmm,

Is it possible this is a custom user toolbar? View>Toolbars & Widgets>Toolbars>User Toolbar 1/User Toolbar 2

Thanks Husky. I’m familiar with that tool, though I’ve never used it.

I just didn’t recall ever seeing that exact toolbar with those three tools, which made me wonder about it possibly being a user custom toolbar.
