Is there a way to insert a block via command line only typping it's name?

Guys, on the workflow, add a block only by its name via command line (the name of the dxf in my blocks folder) would increase the performance of the workflow.

Is there a way to do this?

Like

BI command
Type the name "Legendtext" for a legendtext.dfx block
Insert
