Layer States Solved

Post by seasdes » Wed Feb 24, 2021 4:08 am

Is it possible to add a shortcut to the layer state menu. It would be quicker to use a shortcut rather than hunting through the menus.
Any help would be appreciated.

Add layer states: YM
New created layerstates will get an automated shortcut like Y1, Y2, Y3 etc.,
Y1, Y2, Y3 etc can then be used to activate a layer state,
to see which shortcut is used for which layer state just hunt through the menus

Thanks Husky. I appreciate your help. I didn't explain myself clearly enough. I just needed a shortcut to get to the highlighted part of the menu as shown below.

To get that menu in windows you can use Alt+L, s, s, s
or use the arrow keys
Alt+L, arrow key up (yes - up!), arrow key right, etc. etc. - you get the idea ...

No idea how it works on other OS ...

Why I have the feeling that is still not what you are looking for ...
