Salve a tutti!
Grazie mille e buona giornata!
Marco

Re: Retini supplementari
Hello everyone!
I have recently been using Qcad 3.25.2.0 on Linux (Elementary OS) and I need to know if it is possible to add .pat files in some folder in order to obtain additional types of screens. If so, in which folder should I copy them? I imagine it is possible because, by opening existing files produced by other CAD softwares, Qcad opens them correctly.
Thank you very much and have a nice day!
Marco
Hi,
General forum => I answer this in English
*.pat folder = ... QCAD\patterns + \Metric or \Imperial
You have to restart QCAD.
Patterns are included in a drawing file and display correct.
You can not alter every property of those unless you have the *.pat file installed.
QCAD can not (YET) extract orphan patterns from a drawing file.
(Work in progress)
