Any fixes for slow performance

I am documenting a solar farm. It started quite simple. Drawing pile footings columns and PV arrays. The more the project developed it’s become a detailed working drawing. Performance is terribly slow. I have to turn layers off to be able to draw. Is there anything I can do?

Can you indicate what exactly is slow (adding to the drawing, panning, zooming, etc.)?

Please attach or e-mail the drawing, so we can assess what the problem might be and how to best address it.
