Can we print only a particular portion of the drawing by selection?
This option available in Autocad. It will only print the Selected window.

Yes and no. One way to do it would be ....
... select what needs to be printed,
launch the Zoom tool "Zoom to Selection),
launch the print tool "Print Current View",
QCAD will then adjust the paper position and scale regarding to the current view,
launch the Print or pdf tool ... done.
