swapping endpoints (red square point against blue point)

How can I swap the sense (direction) of the arc segment in the example?

So to say, swap the red square point against the dark blue round point of the selected arc segment.

Am I right that the action is RV (Reverse)? Why does the color of the point flip dark blue and stays square and why do the endpoints just swap their positions?

Reversing an arc:
StartAngle,EndAngle oriëntation swap.
Start- en Endpoint swap
Sweep negates

but

Mid-Arc stays Mid-Arc
