Adjusting Dimension properties accordingly to one's needs

Post by Krischu » Thu Aug 15, 2019 8:51 am

macOS 10.14
Qcad Pro 3.23.0.0

I just bought QCAD Pro to get the advantage of (hopefully) being able to have an ISO font for dimensions and make the dimonesion arrows and lines look more convenient.

Is there a way to leave a gap in a dimension line to put the figure there?

have an ISO font for dimensions
You can use any installed TrueType font for your dimension labels:
Edit > Drawing Preferences > Dimension > Dimension Settings > Dimension Label Font

No, this style is not currently supported. Labels are placed on top of the dimension line (ISO) not at the center with a gap (ANSI).

I would like to get it with a gap (ANSI) as well. Maybe we will see this in the near future?
