Import Option Bar

How can I stick the Import option Bar? There seems to be no entry for it in the Toolbars and Widget tab.
I tried to import a block, and when I click File ¦ Import, the import option bar appears, but then it is inaccessible
because the Windows 'Import Drawing' box opens.

I can open a block, but nothing appears in the drawing or in the block list, even if the box 'As block' is ticked.

If I close the file selection menu, the Import Bar stays up, but the Import Icon on the bar does not react. Only File¦import works (but does not import)

The import function is in the current QCAD Version broken but already fixed for the next release:

Good. Would have been nice to know, spend a few days before I figured out that it was not me. Will check the bug list more frequently.
Is this in the latest snapshot?
When is the next release due?

Andrew posted a snapshot release (Version: 3.22.1.2 ) which has fixed the import issue.
