Setting dimention units

Windows version 7
QCad version 2.21.2.0

Just posted this topic an hour ago and did some more investigating.
Set Drawing Units to Inches
Set Dimension settings and got these different results:
When set to Fractional I could only get Millimeters
Set to Architectural I got feet and inches but no precision
Set to Scientific works fine with different levels of precision
Set to Decimal only metric with no precision.
When drawing a line it would draw to the proper length and using Info "point to point" it would measure as drawn.
Scaling was set to 1:1 or 1"= 1"
