Entity Visibility

Post by daileyj93 » Mon Apr 29, 2019 7:14 pm

Is there a way to automatically hide invisible entities? I am using blocks from AutoCAD that were created using visibility states, but when I open them in QCAD, it shows all the visibility states at once. Each entity has a group code 60 in the DXF file that represents invisibility if the value is greater than 0, however it doesn't appear that dxflib processes this group code/value, so I feel like it can't be done. Does anyone know a way this can be accomplished?

I can confirm that such visibility states are currently not supported in QCAD (neither in dxflib nor through DXF/DWG support with Teigha).
