Still, my question is out.
Which question?
My problem was just that some library items had no unit and I changed / converted an existing drawing (in mm) into inches. After that step I added a library item (which was without a unit) and it was by far too large.
In the meantime I updated all items with mm unit and the problem is gone.
Best Regards

The next question would be: why eg. M4x10_DIN84_f.dxf has no unit?
M4 & DIN84 >> mm ... Isn't it?
It works for Bath plan.dxf
That are very big screws compared with the bath.

I have no answer. It makes no sense to me.
Everything should have a unit unless it is something like a tree - so just something to enhance the beauty of a drawing.
In my drawing world everything has a clear dimension.
I make drawings to show the foot print of a cutting system.
And I have used CAD for planning furniture into a house or appartment and in all those cases I need correct dimensions.

Now in my case I assume the unit got lost while I was exporting symbols from Autosketch to QCAD.
