There are a number of things this can apply to, example of drawing a circle.
I frequently draw a circle via Center, Point where I use the mouse to place the center, and type the radius in the command line. To do this, I must click on the command line to place the cursor there, then type in the value. Is there some way to make the keyboard type on the command line without clicking on it? I'm used to this in other software.

Re: Typing in circle radius
Hi, and welcome to the QCAD forum.
To set the focus on the Command line simply hit the spacebar.
Circle from Center and point (CI) does indeed accept a radius by the Command Line.
One can also use the Circle from Center and radius (CR) tool and then the radius is a option on the Option Toolbar.
All Shortcuts Like Space and Ctrl+Space see:

Thank you. It seemed there had to be an easier way, you have shown me two!
