In Autocad it is possible to edit the dimension text to say what you want.
i.e. dimension that is shown is say 1902 but you want it to show 1900.
This alteration is possible in Autcad is it possible in Qcad?

Re: Editing Dimension Text
For existing dimensions, you can use the property editor to change property "Label":
https://qcad.org/en/tutorial-property-editor
When creating dimensions, you can override the label in the options toolbar at the top.

Re: Editing Dimension Text
Changing the text by inserting what is required in the label box with the property editor works
