[solved] Uploaded DXF Not Displaying Correctly
I'm uploading a drawing to a fabricator. When I do so, the drawing displays as very small in the preview and rather than display the objects dimensions, the preview displays the coordinates of a point on the drawing. I'm using 3.28.1, Linux. I started the drawing using LibreCad, finished it in QCAD. I'll attach the drawing and a screenshot of what appears when I upload it to my fabricator. The actual dimensions of the object are 1.7" x 1.7". That "dot" is what the fabricator's website perceives my drawing to be. I've uploaded drawings done in LibreCad to the same fabricator without issue.

Re: Uploaded DXF Not Displaying Correctly
The drawing contains what I think are lost entities. Next to Absolute 0,0 you can find 2 circles and an arc (stacked).
The drawing is displayed very small because it zooms to "All" what is 149.513 X 102.823.
.
Solution: Delete the lost entities in the lower left corner, upload again to your fabricator and it will display like this:
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

Re: Uploaded DXF Not Displaying Correctly
In the drawing is an open brace with 4 fixing holes.
The item is 1.7 by 1.7 inch tall, the center hole is 1.12 inch in diameter, the fixing holes are 0.262 inch in diameter.
The center of this shape is at (148.7539,102.0641).
Remark that there are 2 circles with diameter 0.262 inch near the origin.
On loading QCAD zooms to all meaning that you see an area including the origin and extending to about (150,105).

Re: Uploaded DXF Not Displaying Correctly
I deleted the errant objects near the origin and all is now well - thank you very much, Husky!
Now it makes sense - the fabricator's preview was displaying the actual size of the drawing, which included the objects near the origin.
Thank You,
Paul
