Hi,
is it possible to save a custom line type to a drawing so that when the drawing is opened by another CAD software, the lines are loaded as they appear in QCAD and not just lines with a link to QCAD files
(for export needs)? Thanks, Tomek.

Re: Save custom linetypes to the drawing
All linetypes are stored / embedded in DXF, also complex ones. However, they only reference the glyphs from fonts that are used, so these would have to be made available to the target platform by other means (i.e. providing the ltypeshp file with those glyphs).

Ahoj,
děkuji za informaci. Myslím, že mi to takto stačí, že vím jak dospět k řešení.
Díky Tomek.
Hey,
thank you for the information. I think this is enough for me to know how to arrive at a solution.
Thanks Tom.
