Hi,

the tool "Trim both" below Menu/Modify is perfect for cases like that.
Work smart, not hard: QCad Pro
Win10/64, QcadPro, QcadCam version: Current.

am aware of that, but let say I have a drawing with hundreds of those areas...how can I determin them and
make those endpoints snap to eachother in a rather fast way?

Why would you have a drawing with hundreds of those areas? In an accurate created drawing would that be always an exceptional situation.

hahaha yes it is...
I just copied and pasted a lot....
in Blender 3D program you ve got an option to merge endpoints, so I thought maybe Qcad has a similar one..

No, QCAD doesn't has a tool which will fix that problem in one strike.

maybe because I ve drawn it in inkscape, exported to cqad this happened?

now I ve exported it into blender, repaired it there, and back to qcad, problem fixed...
maybe there s not really a need for this, but *remove doubles* can come in handy..
