OMG, I just noticed when I’m hatching and have an open link a light circle highlights the intersection if an open link is found. So easy to find and correct now! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Indeed, for Hatch from Selection (HA) but just until you move the mouse cursor.
Have a look at the Command History, both hatching methods will report open ends there.
