[Solved]Tool Tips on the status line
Something that's been highlighted to me whilst I've been developing the new themes, when you hover long enough over elements like toolbar buttons, a tool tip is displayed local to the button, but sometimes you get the same tool tip displayed on the status bar, which is a bit distracting as all you see is 'flashing' in your periphery vision at the bottom of the screen. Bearing in mind that not all the toolbar buttons display their tool tip in the status bar(it does seem rather random), would it not be better for none of them to display, this would remove the distraction and give more consistency within the QCAD user interface.

Re: Tool Tips on the status line
The status bar text usually gives more detailed information about a tool.
For example:
Tooltip: Angle bisector
Status tip: Draw angle bisector, trisector, ...
Tooltip: Parallel (through point)
Status tip: Draw parallel line or concentric arc or circle through a given point
So there is additional information, not contained in the tooltip or too long for the tooltip. Arguably some status tips could be removed as they don't contain more information.

Re: Tool Tips on the status line
ah, right, I hadn't noticed the additional info. In that case this topic is useless
