Interface style

Post by peja » Thu Mar 19, 2020 8:24 am

Hi everybody.

I noticed that qwindowsvistastyle.dll is missing in the windows release since the switch to Qt5.13.0 (QCAD 3.24). This makes the interface look very oldfasion on Win10. It would be nice if it could be added to future releases to have a more consistent look and feel on windows.

cheers.

Can you post a screenshot, just so we're on the same page?
Somehow that DLL doesn't make any difference here.

Hi Andrew.

I created a folder named "styles", in the QCAD install directory, and saved qwindowsvistastyle.dll in it.

OK, thanks. I cannot make it look like in your first screenshot here for some reason.

I'll include this in the next snapshot and if there are no issues in the next release.
