MacOS dark theme title bar

I know this is really particular, but would it be possible to have the application title bar (or whatever it's officially called!) on MacOS a similar colour to the rest of the application in dark theme?
I know it's OCD, but I just think it spoils the look when I have a dark Mac menu bar, a dark theme in QCAD, and a grey title bar inbetween (I've attached a screenshot showing what I mean).

I've just thought, is there a way to manually adjust the style sheet to change this? I'm out my depth with that so would have no idea how to actually do it.

A new snapshot release (3.22.1.6) is now available with native dark mode support for macOS 10.14.
