Nearly all of my projects I work on in DXF, but export to the world in PDF.
How about a feature that saves both at once :
[x] Save a PDF copy also.
Feature: dual PDF/DXF Save

Re: Feature: dual PDF/DXF Save
Save to dxf/dwg is in a native format that doesn't require additional settings.
The dxf contains every aspect of the drawing.
A pdf only contains what is visualized.
Export to pdf requires some sort of page setup with associated paper scale, viewport center, offset, ...
Among other preferences like multi-page, full color, hairline and so on.
A drawing can have several Layouts what would require several pdf exports or a multi page pdf if the paper is identical.
One can also export whole the model view as is auto scaled or just the portion that is displayed with again a specific scale.
Considering all this there are to many options for a pdf export that a dual PDF/DXF Save is not practically.

Re: Feature: dual PDF/DXF Save
Well I would be interested in as well.
I understand the arguments of CVH, but I'm always using a template in DINA4 or DINA3 so for me it would be nice to have that feature.
However on the other hand it isn't much more work involved to export a pdf addionally.
