Thanks. Would like to reproduce that but unfortunately I'm blind today ...
Where can I download Bubbles-01?

Hi Husky
There is notes at the begining of this topic about hatch patterns I removed.. Bubbles-01 was one of them 😁
I private messaged you 👌
Cheers

Hi All
If you want to try this out you can, I'm comparing an installed original pattern
with 2 of mine, if I can manage to keep mine stable at 100,000 from datum
I'm going to re-post them, There is always the option to edit the pattern origin
back to the object origin if it loses definition.. see screenshot of pre-installed GRAVEL pattern
compared to 2 of mine "on previous page" .. Cheers John

Hi All
I have just reinstated 9 patterns that I had removed from previous posts, these Patterns have now been tested 100,000 units from
Pattern origin..All these patterns have been created using a Lisp Program, QCAD-LOGO was edited and fixed by CVH due to a large
shift on 1 entity at Origins 10,000 and over.. it is now fine Thanks CHV... :-) If you want to Hatch outside these boundaries they may
start to drift to fix this simple click on the pattern and reset the pattern origin to X0 Y0...
Correction reset pattern origin to hatched object origin !
On the Bubble patterns I had to use points, they looked more like rocks when I used lines...
These may be fixed later when CVH's Updated Tile2Hatch tool becomes available ...
Cheers
John

Hi All
Just to be clear GRAVEL.PAT is not my work, but I've optimized an almost identical one that will display better at distances, I had to replace
a few lines that were at odd angles and basically apart from that it's the same..Optimized using AutoCAD Lisp Tool..
New Pattern name GRAVEL-01.PAT Attached..
Note: If you required to Hatch at greater distances than this you need to edit the Pattern Origin close to the object origin ,Click Pattern,Properties,Origin ;-)

The previous screenshot was in Imperial... it's even worse in Metric e_surprised

Hi All
Just to be clear AR-CONC.PAT is not my work, but I've created an almost identical one that will display better at distances,It's completely different but it has the same aspects as original so I'm taking no credits for the design , Optimized using AutoCAD Lisp Tool..
New Pattern name AR-CONC-01.PAT Attached..Cheated massively on this one to TRY and simulate a random effect :o
Note: If you required to Hatch at greater distances than this you need to edit the Pattern Origin close to the object origin ,Click Pattern,Properties,Origin ;-)

Hi All

Here's my WEATHERBOARD Hatch Pattern. Files are attached in Metric & Imperial ..
Manually Entered QCAD3 pattern, you can find a tutorial on how to make this hatch
in my "Hatch Patterns for Beginners" Section ;-)
viewtopic.php?f=47&t=6899#p26582
Note Metric File Produces 152mm Spaced Planks , Imperial Produces 6inch Spaced Planks
with one line offset on the bottom to simulate a rounded edge

Hi All

Just to be 100% clear on what you need to do if the hatch pattern you are using scatters because you are hatching say 100,000 x 100,000 from
drawing datum.... the information I gave in previous posts to reset the X and Y origin back to X0 Y0 was wrong, I should of said set Hatch origin to object datum.... see screenshot example of GRAVEL Hatch Pattern.. also included is the dxf file in mm's..the 2 objects were drawn 1st then the hatch patterns applied later then the right hand side one edited..I've edited all my posts to reflect these notes..
Cheers
John
PS If you want a stable version of GRAVEL Pattern I created one and called it GRAVEL-01, it's a couple of posts up if you want to download it, it holds tolerance at 500,000 [ Metric units ] from origin :D

Hi All

LATTICE-08 Hatch Pattern, in Imperial and Metric , Using AutoCAD Lisp Tool.. :)
These could be exploded and used as garden screens cut from corten
steel " steel that naturally rusts " some of my other patterns can
be used for this purpose also :-)

If anyone is interested I have a free standalone Basic Hatch Pattern Tool you can download on link below:
It works on Linux ( WINE ) & Windows 2000 - Windows 10 32 & 64bit , It has 12 Adjustable Patterns V3.0.1 and will
include more in future releases.
It can be used to create hatches for QCAD Community & Pro Versions

On Tile2Hatch:
I am in a state that I can't decide for the user what to choose from the huge trade-off between drawing accuracy vs stability.
Once I forced this in a scheme, rather than in a single preference, it might get released.

Thanks for being so patient.
It's being a huge endeavor and my drives are flooded with trial hatch patterns.

CVH
