Hi All
I've added headers to all my hatch patterns the header contains this text as suggested by CVH :-)
;By John Hyslop
;Developed in inch as imperial QCAD3 pattern
Here is a fullset of all I have done so far if using Metric download the metric set.. Enjoy :-)
The Dotted Circle Hatches are made with short lines.. not the best practice but ok for representations..
Some Pattern Updates are now on Page 4 of this topic

Forgot the LATTICE-04 Ortho....

You can use 0 (zero) for dashes 1-6 instead of a positive number.
That would render to a dot.
Positive is the length ON.
Negative is the length OFF.

dashes 5,-3,0,-1,0,-1 would be:
bar(5long), space(3), dot, space(1), dot, space(1)

Regards,
CVH

LATTICE-04 [ see angle note on screenshot ] to make it orthogonal..
If you require a more accurate angle the true one is 26.565051deg :-)
And the not turncated angle would be:
ATAN2(2,1)

Do you see it John? :D
Tiles2Patterns...Closing in on it.

SCAFFOLD PATTERN HAS BEEN UPDATED, PLEASE SEE POST DATED 11/01/20

This Pattern might be handy for builders and architects.
Note: if your drawing is scaled 1:1 Consider setting a high scale
eg. 200 then adjust it to get the approximate size..
Scaled at 200 will result in the platform sizes below:-
Metric = 2540mm Long
Inch = 100" Long

This Pattern is not intended to be an accurate way of drawing
scaffolding , it is for quick representational purposes only :-)

Metric & Imperial Files Included....

Cheers
John

Here's another 2 Hatch Patterns BLOCKS-01 & BLOCKS-02 in Metric & Inch
These could be exploded and used as garden screens cut from corten
steel " steel that naturally rusts " some of my other patterns can
be used for this purpose also eg some of the Lattice patterns.. :-)
