I've read the tutorial on nesting; it explained the principles well.
I'm accustomed to nesting with deepnest or svgnest, but I"d like to investigate QCad CAM.
However, even with my sheets defined and my parts to nest define I haven't found a way to nest.
Is there a beginner level guide for this?

Re: [Solved]! Step by step guide to nesting
Thank you so much!
1. Can nesting be accomplished in the webserver version via commandline or script?
The nesting is brilliant, but I'd hope to not use the mouse and command line at all.
Something like "nest sheet1.dwg, 8, part1.dwg, 3, part2.dwg, 4 part3.dwg,4" >> Sheet1.dwg, sheet2.dwg, sheet3.dwg
2. I created a sheet 72x120. I created a part 36x59 I was surpised that 10 minutes of running only placed 3 on a sheet. But the more important question is: suppose I have 8 parts, and two sheets. I made the nesting quantity for the parts equal to 8, and for the sheet equal to 2. But I don't seem to be able to make multiple sheets. [Edit:} Nevermind. Id10T error.
