I would like to verify that the licensing mechanism does not require connection to the internet or is tethered to a licensing server.
Can QCAD and the license file be installed and executed on a PC with no internet connection?

QCAD does not require an Internet connection for anything except for checking if there's a new version which is entirely optional.
