Filter with Regular Expression
Hello all,
Where can I find the syntax for filtering using Selection Filter widget with Regular Expressions?
I'm trying expressions like "2+1", "=2+1", etc. but they are not working...
Thanks!!
David

Show/Hide blocks by name
Hello all and happy New Year! I'm trying to write a script to show/hide specific blocks depending on their name. For example, I would like to control visibility of all the blocks that contain "_old" string in their name. In order to "filter" these names I'm trying this piece of script: // ... var Bl...

Up/Down arrow keys behavior
Hello all, I just installed last version of QCAD Pro 19.2. So happy with new features like moving objects with keyboard arrows and with new properties of layers (printable/snapable). Thank you very much, I think all of this will be very useful for me. I just have one question about up and down arrow...

Show/Hide layers with script
Hello all, I'm using layer.setFrozen(true) and layer.setFrozen(false) in two scripts to hide/show some layers with certain names. You can download the attached .js files with the scripts and one test drawing to verify try them if you want. The two commands should have the commitment of hiding or sho...

Re: Multi Pages settings window not working
I wasn't automatically warned of this last version, even I have enabled this option in "Check for QCAD Pro Updates" window. Anyway I installed it and now this problem is not happening anymore.
Thanks again!
Thanks again!

Multi Pages settings window not working
Hello all, Drawing Preferences/Printing/Multi Pages settings window is not working on my computer. I can change settings (Nr. of Pages, Margins, etc..) but this has no effect on printing preview. Even sometimes QCAD quits suddenly with no prompting when trying to Apply changes to this settings in th...

Point display in paper space
Hello all,
Is there any way to print points like they look in model space? I use mode 2 (cross) to draw in model space, but I always print a dot in paper space. I would like to print a cross as well if possible.
Thanks! Best regards,
David

Re: Disable snap on hidden blocks
Thank you again Husky!
I don't know how to file a bug report. I just got an account on Flyspray but I'm not sure this is the way to do it... Can you give me some help?
Thank you as well for your recommendations about block usage. I'll keep it in mind for next drawings!!
Best regards,
David

Re: Disable snap on hidden blocks
Hi Husky,
I'm pretty sure I created "Tul96TopoHeavy" while I was editing "Topografic base suau", so inside of it I guess.
Thanks!
David

Re: Disable snap on hidden blocks
Of course! I'm running QCAD Pro Version: 3.18.1.0 (3.18.1) for Linux on Ubuntu 16.04. I attach here the drawing where I detected this behavior. As you can see, inside the topographic plan I made invisible a block called "Tul96TopoHeavy" in order to control the level of detail of this plan. In my com...

Disable snap on hidden blocks
Dear all,
I realised snap is detecting my hidden block elements. Is it possible to disable this behaviour to snap only visible blocks?
Thanks a lot! Best regards,
David

Re: Create keyboard shortcut for Pan Zoom for laptop trackpad
cmd+click also works for Mac ( Ctrl+click in windows/linux ) You don't need to press space bar. I would like to change Ctrl for Space bar (+ click) in order to activate pan zoom, because I also use Ctrl to pan vertically. I think it would be much easier for me and prevent me to do some mistakes whil...
