I forgot: is it possible to correct this in QCAD-macOS so that the behavior is the same like in QCAD-windows?

Re: How to delete multiple layers quickly?
If this preference is checked, you can use arrow keys or type starting letters to navigate the layer list and block list. Downside: key codes don't work if a list has the keyboard focus. if checked: navigation with arrow keys is possible, "YR" isn't if not checked: no navigation but "YR" works. Tho...

Re: How to delete multiple layers quickly?
Edit > Application Preferences > General > Keyboard > Enable keyboard navigation in list widgets
checked: "YR" doesn't work.
unchecked: "YR" works as expected but no more navigation with arrow keys.

Re: Standard library item 'Sink' broken
Both work fine here under macOS AND Windows 10.

Re: Standard library item 'Sink' broken
It gets even better.
When I call the library "Archtecture" under Windows, a message "Recovering file: C: / Program Files ..." appears and the recovered sink.dwg is displayed incorrectly.
Everything works fine under macOS. No discovery, no misrepresentation.

Re: Standard library item 'Sink' broken
I have to say, I'm working with QCAD 3.25.2.2 under macOS.
Maybe it's different. It wouldn't be the first time.

Re: How to delete multiple layers quickly?
I tested it in QCAD 3.25.2 on windows 10, 32 bit and "YR" works as you say there. Under macOS it only works if you are not in the layer list. Perhaps Andrew can correct this, but I'm afraid it will come back to a "bug with Qt". Anyway, it's not dramatic as the right click and delete works fine on bo...

Re: How to delete multiple layers quickly?
One can simply type 'YR' too.
This does not work if you are in the layer list (which you are automatically in when you mark the layers to be deleted).
So right click and select "yr" is the better way.

Re: How to delete multiple layers quickly?
1. Mark the layers to be deleted in the layer list
2. Right click
3. Delete layer "YR"

PS:
Mark layers with SHIFT or CTRL / CMD

Re: Spline > Append Fit Point (s)
As I found out, it's a little bit more complicated and hard to describe.
It depends on the attrribute "closed periodically".
Here an example.

Re: Spline > Append Fit Point (s)
In 3.25.2.2 under macOS the appending of spline points works.
Instead, no more spline points can be inserted in closed splines when the attribute of the spline says Closed: No. Not even via the context menu.

Spline > Append Fit Point (s)
I took a look at snapshot 3.25.2.1 on macOS.
The change records speak of "Draw> Spline > Append Fit Point (s)".
When I try to attach a new fit point to a "spline with fit points" using the new tool, the tool stops responding and I cannot attach anything to anything.
What did I misunderstand?

Re: [SOLVED] Move a line by dragging one end
... or use the Move Tool (MV).
with it you can also select the start or end point and still move the entire line.
This can e.g. be important when 2 lines are to be connected without changing the length or orientation of the shifted line.
