I'm sorry, I misread your post, I was unable to find a way to change the items in the Tool Matrix.

That's not possible in one operation. You'd have to stretch each section as attached....

Go to Edit>Application Preferences>Graphics View>Appearence>Rulers and Scroll bars, uncheck Show Rulers. You'll have to restart Qcad for the change to take effect

If it is the width of the tick size then the user should set a larger global arrow size or a style override of the arrow size.
