Hatch an enclosed area by just clicking inside it. Wouldn't that be nice? If you think so too, let's consider voting for this feature.

Default Template Folder
It would be great if the Default Template Folder would be used as default for new drawings.
People, let's vote on this bug report from 2013 to get it fixed.

Draw a line with relative angle to another line
Hi!
I need to draw a line with an angle to another line. The first line is at an "unknown" angle, and now I want to draw a line with (let's say) 75 degrees to this first line. How do I do this?
Thanks for your help.

Hello Andrew!andrew wrote:Good thinking Husky. Or Draw > Circle > Concentric (through Point) which is probably closer to the original task which uses point and click to define the radii.
Thanks for your answer which solved my problem. Concentric through Point is exactly what I need.

How to draw concentric circles with different radii?
Hi! Quite often I find myself drawing concentric circles with different radii. So I choose the circle tool Center Point (CI) and click on the center and choose a point. Then I have to click on the same center and choose another point. And this I have to repeat until I am done. A lot of clicking on t...

Re: Tutorial: Writing a plugin that draws a dovetail
One elegant way would be a parameter in the tool bar that takes the angle an diameter of the router bit and applies that to the drawing. Are you readers interested in that? When time permits, I can add that to the tutorial. Hi Matthias! A parameter for the angle in the toolbar would be a really gre...

Re: Vote for "make selected layer default parent for new lay
Great! Then I wish for a "Add Sublayer-Button" in the Layer-List.andrew wrote:How about a separate tool to create a sub layer of the current layer instead? Oh wait - it's already there!
- Select a layer to be the parent layer of your new layer

Re: Vote for "make selected layer default parent for new lay
But i welcome your idea of making this an option. Would be great if I could choose to make the selected layer the default parent layer and someone else could choose to leave it like it is now.

Re: Vote for "make selected layer default parent for new lay
If you want to create a new layer in it's own right then just clear the parent layer field and the new layer will be a top level layer. I often draw multiple parts on one drawing, so I create a top level layer for each part, and then sub-layers for each part as needed. Therefore I need more sub-laye...

Vote for "Hatching with just one click"
Hatching could be so easy: Select the hatch function and then the area you would like to be hatched - done.

Vote for "make selected layer default parent for new layer"
When adding a new layer I suggest to make the currently selected layer the default parent for the new layer. Therefore I have created a feature request in the bugtracker and if you think that is a helpful feature feel free to vote for it. https://www.ribbonsoft.com/bugtracker/index.php?do=details&ta...

Re: Centreline Cross
I just saw that this script is already in the new version. Works really great! Thanks!
One more request: Would be nice to enter the extension (overshoot) also as a relative value in percent of circle diameter.

Re: Request - Centerline Cross Creation Tool ...
I just had to draw centerlines to many circles and arcs, so I support this request. Such a tool would indeed be very helpful.
Idea: The overshoot should be entered either by absolut value or in percent of diameter.
