I always use the installer and Control Panel to uninstall the running version before. This has worked very well since the .msi installer is available.

I reinstalled 3.23.0, it works. The .dll are present in system32. I wonder if they are removed when I uninstall QCAD

I installed the latest snapshot, 3.23.0.5 (WIN 7-64)
QCAD will not start and I get this error message: I tried copying the file from my laptop, message is different, but it won't work either.

Bienvenue sur le forum. Vous avez tout à fait raison, QCAD est très intuitif et facile à prendre en main.
Personnellement, je n'ai pas la version Cam mais il y a de nombreux autres utilisateurs expérimentés pour répondre aux questions.

You can use orthogonal trough point, point being the center of your circle. you may then move your arbitrary line to the intersection of your perpendicular and circle

Bizarre, le bloc n'est-il pas sur un calque dont l'option "imprimable" est verrouillée? Vérifier dans la liste des calques qu'il n'y ait pas une barre rouge sur l'icône imprimante.
Sinon, attachez la copie de votre dessin, on regardera, c'est souvent plus rapide.
