it's been a while that I've been using the program. I probably need to do upgrades and have not. I cant seem to locate my instructions either. I'm having a problem printing and need to go over the instructions. How do I contact somebody to help me with these issues? I might need to do a new download...

Is there a tutorial for printing someplace? I open print and select the drawing but the thin lines go to 1/8 ' thick and if I tell it to print, it just spits out blank paper,what m I doing wrong?

I have Q cad professional and I've been using it successfully for a few years now but I'm working on a couple small parts drawings and the dimension text is huge, where do I go to change the size. I've had some computer issues and now I cant find my manual I had downloaded.

thanks. I know what it does, but I've been using auto cad for maybe 20 years now and i've never once used snap to grid. Or displayed the grid for that matter. Or the rulers.

On my tool bar under the words Modify snap info layer my tool bar is blank. but most views I see of the screen there is stuff there. what is that group called and how do I get it on the tool bar. there should be a red back arrow there .I think its a back arrow.
