Re: How to make a dimension string that is a defined length?
Doesn't seem to work according to you instructions: I select the Horizontal Dimension tool, then coordinates (yet I do not have a tool that look like what you have see my attached screen shots) then I select a point on the drawing. IN any case the line does opposite of the restrain I've selected and...

Re: Duplicate offset library part
Watched the video. Mine doesn't seem to work the same, yet what your typing in is too small to see what you've typed. I did the exact same 1st 3 moves and then I typed in 16" and enter, it doesn't move horizontal or vertical, it seem to move at about 45 Degrees and not the 16" i put in. I tried with...

Re: Duplicate offset library part
When I select the move copy tool from the modify menu, I 1st have to select something, then if I click somewhere on the page, it then allows me to place the item anywhere, yet not constrained or defined. If I double click on the page, then the window with the 3 options, delete original, keep origina...

Re: How to make a dimension string that is a defined length?
not working. there is something in these 3 stepes that's not explained fully. 1st I selected the horizontal Dh tool, then I sniped to the first point, then i selected the coordinate sx tool (in you example you do not show what that is), so then the dimension string disappears. In your example the to...

How to make a dimension string that is a defined length?
how to make a dimension string that is a defined length? In the past I've created a line (lets say 5'2") and then snap a dimension to that. Yet, if I want to snap to a corner with the dimension tool(horizontal or vertical for example) and then I want it to be 5'2", how do I do that? THX Danny QCAD P...

Duplicate offset library part
I've made a simple 2x4 stub from the rectangle tool and saved it as a library part so that its not 4 individual lines. I now would like to multiply it in offsets of 16", how do I do that? I can offset multiply the individual line yet not the library part as a whole??? THX Dan Windows 7 QCAD Professi...

Re: How to Scale Existing Drawing 1/4" to 1/8" Yet retain same dimensions

AGAIN I am needing to on the same 24 x 36" page have a 1/4"=1' drawing and other drawings at a smaller...
