i need help i cant click on the crosshair like i have been doing previously please see the attached JPG

What causes this issue see attachment different line wieght and i could usually use the Move/Copy tool to paste it all on original layer it does not work anymore

EXAMPLE I HAVE 4 LAYERS and i want to combine to 1 layer i used to be able to do this with the Move/Copy tool it does not let me do that anymore

i had made sure it is set to continuous i have a feeling it has something to do with the application preferences menu ????

It is a small issue but very annoying when i click on a line it appears to be a dotted line attached is a dxf

is there a default linear factor i have to change each dimension to 1
